Saturday - Building the furniture
This is how the furniture turned out! I am pretty happy with it!

Today, Jourdain wanted some help editing her synopsis for her movie. This was the original ;
It was pandemonium, the end of the world, judgment day. Jamar Finnegan, was the last human left on earth. Or at least, the last human by textbook definition.
Nobody knew how or why but six months ago, an infection broke out. Starting as a dry cough, the disease began to infect humans and those with weaker immune systems lost their lives. For those that managed to live through it, they had a far worse fate than death. These people began to change and develop a taste for human flesh. They lost their sense of self and all emotion apart from an intense ravaging hunger. Jamar, a thirty-one year old ex police officer, was the lucky one. By chance, he happened to be in the right place at the right time and had been hiding out in in his fiancé‘s lab during the chaos. She had lost her life protecting him.
Located in the lab, Jamar is desperately trying to complete the construction of a time machine with the few instructions his girlfriend has left him. She was the brains of the operation and he is struggling to understand the technicalities of her writing but continues all the same.
Whilst constructing the machine, the tension is building as a number of ‘zombified humans’ are slowly breaking through every security measure the lab has in place. Time is limited.
Jamar manages to put the final lever in position as he sits in place, ready to travel back in time to six months prior (around the time the virus began). Just as the machine starts making noises, the lights start to flicker in the lab and the power is drawn from the final electrical door in place protecting him. The creatures burst in and Jamar has to fight them off – lights are continuing to flicker and it’s unclear what is going on. There’s one final flash of light and everything goes silent. Jamar is in the same room but everything looks brighter, normal, undamaged. He is back in time. Suddenly, he feels the need to cough. As he does so, he looks down. His hands are covered in blood. Jamar’s eyes travel to his forearm, there are teeth marks. He’s infected.
This is what managed to cut it down to
Pandemonium! The end of the world, judgment day. Jamar Finnegan, a thirty-one-year-old ex-cop, is the last human left on earth. Or at least, the last human by textbook definition.
Six months ago, a virus emerged with unknown origin. As the virus spread the lucky ones died while the unlucky ones mutated into something no longer human. Offered refuge in his fiancée’s lab Jamar was safe from the carnage, however, his fiancée lost her life when he was unable to pull the trigger on his infected friend.
Isolated in the lab with supplies running low and the infected at the door, Jamar is desperately trying to comprehend his fiancée's research. She left him with one task; finish the time machine.
The infected slowly but surely claw their way through the lab’s security measures. Door 1 is breached. Door 2 is breached. Now, Door 3 is the only thing that stands between Jamar and his death. Time is running out.
Jamar places the final lever onto the machine and sits in place. He attempts to start the time machine but must divert power from Door 3. As the infected fill the lab, he begins the countdown. The machine powers up, lights flash and the infected swarm Jamar. There is a burst of white light. Jamar finds himself back in time – success. He smiles but then he begins to cough. He notices the blood pouring from his arm … he is bitten. He is infected.
